• • Buyers are responsible for verifying items before making a purchase and meeting in safe, public locations.

You agree not to:

• ✗ Post fake, misleading, or duplicate advertisements.
• ✗ Sell prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or items that violate applicable laws).
• ✗ Engage in spam, phishing, fraud, or any form of deceptive practice.
• ✗ Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• ✗ Infringe on intellectual property rights — only list items you own or have the right to sell.
• ✗ Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or interact with the Platform.
• ✗ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.

• • We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
• • We may remove any content that we consider harmful, illegal, or in violation of our policies.
• • If your account is terminated, you may not create a new account without our written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
